95 to Exit 88 Route 117 right off exit. - Follow to the 2nd Light Take Left onto Route 1
- At top of Hill bear Right onto Route 215
- After 1.5 miles Route 215 takes a Sharp Left
- Follow to Stop Sign & go Right onto Mosher Ave
- Bear right past Firehouse to Stop Sign
- Take Left onto Main Street
- Take First Right onto Pearl Street
- Follow thru several Stop Signs & Speed humps
- Near the End you’ll see Noank Shipyard...
From Providence, Boston & Points North & East
- Take I-
95 to Exit 89 Allyn Street and go Left. - Follow approximately 1 mile, passing one flashing and one solid light
- Continue straight thru to 2nd Stop Sign
- Take a Right onto 215
- Follow approximately 2 miles to First Stop Sign
- Take Left at Mosher Avenue
- Follow instructions previously described.

- Take a Left onto Route 1
- Follow down the hill and over the bridge
- Take the first Right after the bridge onto Cottrell Street.
- Seaport Marine is straight ahead.
- Parking in front and all the way around
- Office is located on the second floor facing the river.

Upon your arrival at the mouth of the Mystic River, it is important to honor the buoys and stay mid-channel maintaining Morgan Point to your south then west. Follow to R “N” 6 then past the green spindle. The channel then runs between Noank Shipyard’s Mooring Field and Fuel Dock. Continue in the well-marked channel up river. Just beyond the rail road bridge we are to your port. In-season the bridge rests in the Up position. To hail the bridge please use VHF 13.

Upon your arrival at the mouth of the Mystic River, it is important to honor the buoys and stay mid-channel maintaining Morgan Point to your south then west. Follow to R “N” 6 then past the green spindle. The channel then runs between our mooring field to starboard and the marina to port. See Chart Here:
